James Roseborough

The Management and Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral Home of Ridgeway sadly announce the death of Mr. James Roseborough 66, of 805 Longtown Road, Lugoff, South Carolina . 

Mr. Roseborough died Friday, April 3, 2015, at Pruitt Health of Ridgeway, South Carolina.

 Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Rock Hill Baptist Church, 1060 Shivers Green Road, Ridgeway, South Carolina.  Interment  will follow in the church cemetery.  Public viewing will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. James Roseborough, Jr., (Beebop), was born on February 28, 1949 in Woodward, South Carolina to the late James Roseborough, Sr. and Janie Moore Roseborough. 

He entered into eternal life on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Pruitt Healthcare of Ridgeway, South Carolina.

At an early age, Mr. Roseborough joined Sutton Branch Baptist Church in Lugoff, South Carolina.  After a number of years at Sutton Branch, he moved his membership to Rock Hill Baptist Church in Ridgeway, South Carolina where he continued to worship until his health began to decline. 

He worked in the pulpwood business for a number of years.

Those left to cherish his fond memories, grieve his passing and celebrate his home going are two sisters, Julia Tucker of Camden, South Carolina and Ada R. (Herbert) Harris of Lugoff, South Carolina; one brother, Sammy (Mable) Roseborough of Lugoff, South Carolina; and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly; and other relatives and friends.

 He was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
