It is with profound sorrow that the Management and Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral Home, LLC sadly announce the death of Deacon Johnell E. Mack, 71 of Columbia, South Carolina.

Deacon Mack departed his earthly life Friday, August 12, 2016, at Palmetto Health Baptist Hospital , Columbia, South Carolina. 

Funeral services for Deacon Mack will be held Saturday, August 20, 2016, 11:00 A.M. at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1028 Eastman Street, Columbia, SC 29203.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Deacon Mack will be placed in the church at 9:00 A.M. Saturday morning.  

A wake with Masonic Rites will be held Friday, August 19, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. at The Masonic Temple , 2324 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC 29204.
