Mr. Raymond D. Kelley, 69, of  492 Gratic Ln. Winnsboro, South Carolina died Monday, January 19, 2015, at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, South Carolina.

Funeral Services will be held  Saturday, January 24, 2015, 2:00 p.m.  at Blackjack Baptist Church 178 Reservoir Road, Winnsboro, SC .  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Public Viewing will be held Friday, January 23, 2015,  2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, 270 N. Dogwood Ave. Ridgeway, SC. 29130.

Raymond Kelley was born August 2, 1945 to the late Francis White Page and the late Ernest Page, Sr.  He entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.

Raymond accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age.  He loved people, loved helping others and lived his life to the fullest.  He served as an usher and trustee at Blackjack Baptist Church.

He cherished his special grandson, Malik Williams; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He always had many words of wisdom for them and he will be truly missed.

Raymond leaves to cherish his loving memories his devoted wife, Ollie B. Kelley; three sons, Raymond (Sherri) Kelly, Jr. and  Brian (Jackie) Kelley of Baltimore, Maryland, and Earl (Sheryl) Kelley of Columbia, South Carolina; one daughter , Rhonda Kelley; one grandson, Malik Williams of the home, whom he loved very much; one sister, Sallie Mae (Charles) Bell; one niece, Adrian Kelley of Baltimore, Maryland; two nephews,  Wayne Kelley and Steve Kelley of Baltimore, Maryland; one sister-in-law, Willie Mae (Thomas) Hill; special friends, Mike Wilson, Tyrell Manning and Sandy Manning; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren,  cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Raymond was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Kelley, Jr. and James Kelley; one sister, Thomasina Kelley and a friend, Wendy Wilson.
