The Nelsons were available to us whenever we needed them. They even put together the photo slides for us. At the end of the service, Mr Nelson had taken care of gathering things for us and the keepsakes they gave us of my brother, Vernon “Dean” Branham, will forever be cherished. My father, Celester Jackson was funeralized on 1/27/2018 and Mr. Nelson handled the arrangements. We were highly impressed with how everything was done with precision, attention to detail, and with love. We thank them for being professional, but still making us feel like we were their family and like they were caring for their own loved one. Can death be a good experience for the living? If you are under the care of Nelson's of Ridgeway, Yes! Our loved one passed on July 1st and was funeralized on July 4th. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson listened to our desires for our Mother/Grandmother's physical appearance and service. Attention was given to every aspect of service. Our Mother/Grandmother was beautiful! The presentations to our family are special and meaningful. I attended the funeral services for Larry Jacobs on 12/10/15, and I must say the services provided were superb, especially the final salute to Mr.Jacobs by all members of the military that were in attendance. As 14 November 2015 approaches fondest of memories flood my mind of my Mamma, Eva Wilhelemenia Benson Harris who transitioned her earthly life on Wednesday 14 November 2012. From the time Eddie was called until today "Rendering Service From The Heart" is still felt by my family. It was Eddie and his exceptional Staff at Nelson's that made Mamma's transitioning bearable. Everything that could possibly be said arranged or done was there at our disposal. Every part of our experience was made painless and even funny at times. We will never forget what was done for us and many other family members that came after us in need of service. All of us have been pleased and moved beyond our imaginations for all of the little as well as major things Eddie, Jackie and his mother and Staff provided us at a time like that. Therefore on behalf of Mamma and all of us the Harris and Benson families we pray your continued success and God's Favor upon your Business "Billy".
