The Management and Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral Home, LLC Announce the death of Mr. Edward Cooke,66, of Elgin, South Carolina.

Mr. Cooke departed his earthly life Friday, February 16, 2018, at William Jennings Brian Dorn VA Hospital, Columbia, South Carolina.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 26, 2018, 11:00 a.m., at Shady Grove AME Church, 1325 Heins Road, Blythewood, South Carolina.

Interment will follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, South Carolina, with military honors.

Public viewing will be held Sunday, February 25, 2018, 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
