It is with profound sadness that the Management and Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral Home, LLC announce the death of Mr. Johnny "Bo" Craig, 61, of Winnsboro, South Carolina. 

Mr.  Craig departed his earthly life  Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Palmetto Richland Hospital Columbia, South Carolina.  

Funeral services for Mr. Craig will be held Sunday, July 2, 2017, 3:00 p.m. at Nelson's Funeral Home, 270 N. Dogwood Ave., Ridgeway, SC. Interment will follow in New Jerusalem Church Cemetery, Ridgeway, SC. Public viewing will be Saturday, 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Mr. Johnny Ray Craig, affectionately known as “Bo” to family and friends entered into this world on May 21, 1956 in Winnsboro, SC to Willie Mae Craig and the late John Wesley Craig.  He departed this earthly life on June 27, 2017 at Palmetto Health Heart Hospital in Columbia, SC.  

Bo attended the Public Schools of Fairfield County and was a 1977 graduate of Winnsboro High School. He retired from the Fairfield County Detention Center after many years of service.  

Bo’s hobbies included detailing cars and he recently became an employee of S & R Detailing working with Joe (Speedy) and Rasheeda Gladden.  He also enjoyed watching Nascar racer, Jimmy Johnson #48. 

He leaves to cherish fond memories his loving wife of 23 years, Daisy Craig; five sons, Andy Roach, Darren, Brian and Torrey Craig, and Gregory Coleman; one daughter, Tameka (Mack) Rumph; his mother, Willie Mae Craig; four sisters, including his twin, Linda (James) Brown, Rosa (Ernest) Boyd, Betty Able and Edna (Terry) Seibles; six brothers, John (Sally) Craig, Fraizer (Cynthia) Craig, Charles Craig, Rodney Craig, Gregory (Tonya) Craig, and Dexter Craig; seven grandchildren, one grandchild, Alexis Robinson, that was reared in the home; six sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law; six aunts; one uncle; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss Bo dearly. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Anderson.
