Leticla Verdell Fletcher was born on August 3, 1973 to Alphonso and Bernice Fletcher in Paterson, New Jersey.  She departed this earthly life on Monday, August 20, 2018.

Tisha, a familiar name to many, was a stranger to no one and a friend to all. The glamor of her hair, the twinkle in her eyes and the glistening of her beautiful smile brightened the room and left a sparkle everywhere she went.

She enjoyed family, friends and cherished every special moment with them. She dedicated her life to children and enjoyed surrounding her life with children of all kinds, as if they were her very own.

Leticla attended grade school in Paterson, New Jersey and graduated from Passaic County Technical High School in Wayne, New Jersey. At a very young age, she joined and attended St. Luke Baptist Church in Paterson, New Jersey. She was a member of the Junior Usher Board, Youth Choir and attended Sunday School regularly.

After residing in Paterson, New Jersey, Leticla later relocated to Scranton, Pennsylvania where she established life long-lasting friendships.

Leticla leaves a loving family to cherish many fond memories. Her loving and devoted parents, Alphonso and Bernice Fletcher, of Ft. Mill, SC; brother, Alquan (Luznery) Fletcher of Madison, Alabama; nephews, Alquan, Jr, Jayden, and a precious niece, Alana; godparents, Chester and Rose Johnson of Florence, SC; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willie and Lois Mickle and George and Ella Fletcher.
