Birth is a beginning and death a destination
But life is a journey, a sacred pilgrimage

Dear Family,
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
I have so many wonderful memories through my Mom, Viola Tucker Belton (Bootie) of Mrs. Sarah C. Tucker.  However, she was not Sarah C. Tucker to me.  I knew her affectionately as "Red" and a dear friend of my Mom.  She would call my Mom every day when she lived in Ridgeway, and I can remember saying to my Mom why don't you call Red some time.  My Mom would say she will call me and she did(smiles).  I feel sure Mrs. Red has already connected with Mrs. Bootie and they are having a grand ole time.
Please find comfort and peace in knowing that our love one will always live in our heart.

                                                                  Love,
                                                                  Sandra Belton Barno

To Jean and the Tucker Family,

In this time of your loss,
We lift you up in prayer
We pray that in your sorrow,
You’ll find that God is there
And though we can’t be with you,
You’re in our thoughts each day
For we will always remember you
When we kneel to pray.

Love the children of the late
Sylvester and Annie Mae Bush (Vesta and Cuddie)

Some things just seem to be so surreal. I was so very saddened to learn of the passing of the woman that I had referred to for so many years as “Grandma Sarah”. Although she was not my grandmother by blood, she always referred to my brother, Mike and I as nothing less than her own; making sure that we got off the school bus at her house when needed as young children. Grandma Sarah was well respected in the community and will be sorely missed.
