It is with Heartfelt Sympathy that Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral sadly announce the death of Mr. Vincent E. Palmer, 51, of Blythewood South Carolina.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at Nelson's Funeral Home Chapel, 270 N. Dogwood Ave. Ridgeway.

Public viewing will be held Monday, April 22, 2019, 2:00 p.m. until 6: 00 p.m.

Rev. Melvin Alston will officiate.
