Mr. Qualls transitioned into eternity early Friday morning, July 10, 2020, at Kershaw Health Hospital Camden, South Carolina.
While the family would love to be surrounded by your presence, they acknowledge the health risk to family, church members, friends, and particularly to those who are most vulnerable to the disease, the elderly and those with chronic health conditions.
The family of Mr. Clarence Qualls, in consideration of the health crisis facing our world, nation, state and local community, has decided to have a private memorial service for their love one at The Elgin Church of God, Elgin, South Carolina.
