The management (Eddie & Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson's Funeral Home sadly announce the passing of Mother Cleo Jacobs, 101 of Winnsboro, South Carolina.  Mother Jacobs transitioned into eternity Sunday, March 16, 2025.

Mother Jacobs was a woman of grace and wisdom, she was known for her impeccable style, always donning her favorite hats with elegance.

She had a deep passion for cooking, filling hearts and stomachs of those she loved with delicious meals made from her heart.  Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she was a devoted member of her church, where she found great comfort in her favorite scripture, the 23rd Psalm.

Mother Jacobs also had a fondness for a good ride, always enjoying being driven around while taking in the world around her. Rest well, Mother Jacobs in the arms of the Lord. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want...." Psalm 23.   

Funeral services for Mother Jacobs will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 207 N. Garden Street, Winnsboro, SC.  Interment will follow in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery, Smallstown Road, Winnsboro, SC.  Public viewing will be held Friday, March 21, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
