The Management (Eddie & Jackie Nelson) of Nelson's Funeral Home Ridgeway, South Carolina sadly announce the passing of Mr. David Ginyard, Sr., age 93, he passed peacefully on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Born on May 26, 1932, he lived a long and meaningful life marked by love, strength, and unwavering faith. His presence touched the hearts of all who knew him, and his legacy will continue to live on through his family, friends, and the many lives he influenced.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2026, 12:00 noon at New Hope AME Church, 141 New Hope Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery. 

Public viewing will be held at Nelson's Funeral Home, 270 N. Dogwood Ave. Ridgeway, South Carolina 29130, Monday, March 2, 2026, 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
