Mr. Owens departed his earthly life Friday, January 4, 2019 at Providence Hospital Columbia, South Carolina. 

Funeral Services for Mr. David M. Owens 54, of Winnsboro will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 , 3:00 p.m. at New Hope A.M.E. Church, 141 New Hope Road, Winnsboro.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Public viewing will be held Thursday, January 10, 2018; 3:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
