Nelson’s Funeral Home takes the safety and health of families very seriously.  Therefore, we will continue to implement the policy of mask requirements for all individuals entering our facility. Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff, and facility safe.

On behalf of the management (Eddie and Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home, it is with profound sadness that we extend our sympathy and gratitude to the family of Deacon James Able, Jr., 73, of Ridgeway, South Carolina. We announce his transitioning out of time into eternity on Friday, January 27, 2023.  Deacon Able is the husband of Mrs. Betty Harrison Able.
 

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church Ridgeway, South Carolina, 2815 East Peach Road Ridgeway, South Carolina. masks will be required to enter the church.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery. 

A public walk thru viewing will be held Tuesday, January 31,2023, 5:30 until 7:00 pm.,  Masks will be required to enter the funeral home.
