“Little did we know, the day that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home”.
It is with sadness that the management Eddie and Jackie Nelson and the support staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home, announce the passing of Mrs. Dorothy Ann Goins, 81, of Columbia, South Carolina. Mrs. Goins transitioned out of time into eternity Tuesday July 18, 2023, at her residence.
Funeral services for Mrs. Goins will be held, Wednesday, July 26, 2023, 10:00 a.m., at Nelson's Funeral Home, 270 N. Dogwood Ave., Ridgeway, SC. Interment will follow in the Lincoln @ Woodlawn cemetery on Farrow Road in Columbia, SC.
Public viewing will be held, on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
