We are privileged to serve those who desire our services during their time of need.  We take the safety and health of your family very seriously.  We always strive to exceed the expectations for every family, and will continue to do so during these challenging days ahead. We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

It is with sympathy that we the management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home announce the passing of Mr. Elliott Grier, 95, of Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Mr. Grier transitioned on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. 

Funeral services for Mr. Grier will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2022, 12:00 p.m. at Nelson's Funeral Home, 270 N. Dogwood Ave., Ridgway, SC 29130.   Interment will follow in Nazareth Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Winnsboro, SC.   A walk through public viewing will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
