On behalf of the management (Eddie and Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home, it is with the sadness that we extend our sympathy and gratitude to the family of Mrs. Fannie M. Geter Porter 80, of Winnsboro, South Carolina, we announce her transitioning out of time into eternity on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Mrs. Porter is the daughter of late John E. and Willie Mae O’Neal Geter.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at Nelson's Funeral Home Chapel.  Masks will be required to enter the services.  Interment will follow in Morris Creek Baptist Church cemetery Winnsboro, South Carolina.   

A public walk thru viewing will be held Friday, January 20, 2023, 5:30 until 7:00 p.m.
