Subject: COVID-19 Safety Plan- Putting Families First
We are privileged to serve those who desire our services during their time of need.  We take the safety and health of your family very seriously.  We always strive to exceed the expectations for every family and will continue to do so during these challenging days ahead. We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

The management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sadly announce the passing of Mrs. Gloria Jean Gaddy, 73, of Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Mrs. Gaddy transitioned to be with the Lord Saturday, April 30, 2022, at her residence.   

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Heart of Hospice or the American Cancer Society.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022, 12:00 noon at Fairfield Memorial Cemetery, Smallstown Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina. 

A walk though viewing will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2022, 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm.

Gloria Jean Branham Gaddy, 73, of Winnsboro, SC passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022.   She was born April 24, 1949 to Lillie Mae Branham and the late Otis Branham. 

She attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Winnsboro, SC.   Gloria enjoyed family trips and spending time with her family and friends.   She especially liked going to the beach. 

Gloria is survived by her mother, Lillie (Tina) Branham; two daughters, Lisa M. Gaddy of Winnsboro, SC and Dawn (Chris) Darner of Winnsboro, SC; one sister, Edith (James) Sanders.  She was the beloved MeeMaw to five grandchildren, Joel “Adam” Smith, Jr., Dana E. Wickham, Kyle Darner, Matthew Wickman, and Paden Darner; and great-grandmother to Levi Wickham.  She is also survived with many beloved nieces, nephews, and those who held a special place in her heart. 

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Branham of Winnsboro, SC. 

Special Thanks are extended to the nurses of Heart of Hospice.
