It is with sadness that Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home announce the passing of Mr. Hugley Brown 65, of Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Mr. Brown transitioned into eternity Wednesday; July 13,2022.

The family has chosen to have a memorial service for their loved one on Sunday, July 24, 2022, 3:00 p.m. at Shiloh First Independent Church, 52 Kelly Miller Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina.
