We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

The management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sadly announce the passing of Mr. Irick Durell Johnson, 37, of Columbia, South Carolina.

Mr. Johnson transitioned into eternity to be with the Lord Monday, March 7, 2022. 

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2022, 1:00 p.m. at St. Matthew Baptist Church, 749 Longtown Road, Lugoff, South Carolina. 

A public walk through viewing will be held Monday, March 14, 2022, 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
