It is with profound sadness that (Eddie & Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson's Funeral Home regretfully announce the passing of Mr. James "Bud" Lewis Small, 88, of Winnsboro, South Carolina. 

Mr. Small transitioned into eternity Sunday, December 8, 2024.   

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, December 15, 2024, 1:30 p.m. at Weeping Mary Baptist Church at White Oak, 7109 US-321 N. Winnsboro, South Carolina 29180.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.   

Public viewing will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024, 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
