The Management (Eddie and Jackie Nelson) and the support team sadly passing of Mr. Jessie Harvey, 84, of Winnsboro, SC.   He passed on Monday, May 5, 2025 at his residence. He was a beloved friend, neighbor, and adventurer, who departed this life peacefully.

Mr. Harvey lived with a quiet passion for the treasures of the natural world. He found joy in the simple, steady rhythm of casting a line into still waters, finding serenity in fishing whether the catch was big or small. He was equally drawn to the thrill of discovery, spending countless hours gem mining and panning for gold. For him, the value was never just in what he found, but in the wonder of the search and the peace of the outdoors.

Those who knew him will remember his patience, his easygoing spirit, and the sparkle in his eye when he spoke of his latest find or a hidden stream he’d come across. He shared his knowledge freely and often took others along on his adventures, teaching them not only about rocks and rivers, but about appreciation and persistence.

Mr. Harvey’s legacy is one of quiet wonder and deep connection to the Earth. He will be dearly missed by all who were lucky enough to share in his journey.

May he rest in peace, forever surrounded by flowing streams and glittering stones.
