It is with profound sadness that Eddie & Jackie Nelson, and the Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral Home announce the death of Baby Jordyn N. Green.
Baby Jordyn was the daughter of Kaneka Butler and Titus Green.
She's survived by her maternal grandparents Vanessa (Vernon) Anderson and Jasper M. Adams, paternal grandparents Paula (Charles) Wright; Wade(Veronica) Barber, and other relatives.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, May 25, 2018, 1:00 p.m at Rock Hill Baptist Church Cemetery,1060 Shivers Green Road Ridgeway, South Carolina.
