The loss of a loved one is a heart- wrenching experience. It is with profound sadness that we, the management (Eddie & Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home announce the passing of Mr. Joseph Simpson (AKA Mr. Bill Simpson),89, of Ridgeway, South Carolina. 

Mr. Simpson transitioned into eternity on Friday, July 5, 2024.  Mr. Simpson is the husband of Mrs. Barbara Durham Simpson. 

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024, 12:00 noon at Nelson's Funeral Home Chapel,270 North Dogwood Ave. Ridgeway, South Carolina.                             

Interment will follow in Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, 2906 Hope Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina. 

Public viewing will be Friday, July 12, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
