We are privileged to serve those who desire our services during their time of need.  We take the safety and health of your family very seriously.  We always strive to exceed the expectations for every family, and will continue to do so during these challenging days ahead. We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

The management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sympathetically announce the passing of Ms. Josetta Canty, 67, of Ridgeway, South Carolina.   

Ms. Canty transitioned into eternity Sunday, October 24, 2021, at  Agape Hospice House of the Midlands.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 4991 Park Road, Ridgeway, SC.  Ms. Canty, will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church. 

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  A public walk thru viewing will be Friday, October  29, 2021, 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
