We are privileged to serve those who desire our services during their time of need.  We take the safety and health of your family very seriously.  We always strive to exceed the expectations for every family, and will continue to do so during these challenging days ahead. We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

It is with a sadness, that the management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sympathetically announce the passing of Ms. Lana Suber (43), of Columbia, South Carolina. 

Ms. Suber transitioned into eternity September 27, 2020.

Funeral services for Ms. Suber will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at Rehoboth Baptist Church, 4646 Hardscrabble Road, Columbia, SC 29229.  Interment will follow on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, 9:00 a.m. at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.

A public viewing (walk through only) will be held  Monday, October 5, 2020,  5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. (only) at the funeral home.   Everyone is required to have a face mask and staff members will be administering temperature checks.
