We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

The management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sympathetically announce the passing of Mr. Larry Douglas Cunningham,74, of Fort Washington, Maryland formerly of Lugoff, South Carolina.   

Mr. Cunningham transitioned into eternity Monday, October 4, 2021, in Inova  Alexandria Hospital in  Alexandria, Virginia.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021, 2:30 p.m. at the portico of  Nelson's Funeral Home, 270 North Dogwood Ave., Ridgeway, South Carolina.  Interment will follow in Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church Cemetery, Lugoff, South Carolina.   

A public walk thru viewing will be held Friday, October 22, 2021, 4:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
