“Little did we know, the day that God was going to call your name. In death we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home”.

On behalf of the management (Eddie and Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home, it is with heartfelt sympathy that we extend our heartfelt sympathy and gratitude to the family of Mrs. Mary Alice Bethel, 72, of Winnsboro, South Carolina, affectionally known as “Tut-tee.” We announce her transitioning out of time into eternity on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her loving and caring family who will miss her dearly.  

Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 1, 2023, 12:00 noon at White Oak Baptist Church, 520 White Oak Church Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

At the request of the family "THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VIEWING."
