We are privileged to serve those who desire our services during their time of need.  We take the safety and health of your family very seriously.  We always strive to exceed the expectations for every family, and will continue to do so during these challenging days ahead. We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

The management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sorrowfully announce the passing of Mother Mattie Johnson, 95, of Ridgeway, South Carolina.

Mother Johnson transitioned into eternity to be with the Lord Friday, February 25, 2022. 

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 4, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 330 West Third Street, Ridgeway, South Carolina.   The church Covid-19 guidelines will be enforced.  Masks will be required for everyone entering the service.   

Interment will follow in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.   

A public walk thru viewing will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022, 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
