The management, Eddie & Jackie Nelson's hearts are broken as we sorrowfully announce the passing of Mrs. Precious Richardson Woodard, 95, of Columbia, South Carolina.
Mrs. Woodard transitioned into eternity Monday, October 18, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.
Mrs. Woodard is the mother of Jackie Nelson, owner of Nelson’s Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, 1609 Zion Avenue, Columbia, SC 29201.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, October 24, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1609 Zion Avenue, Columbia, South Carolina.
Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 9301 Wilson Blvd., Columbia, South Carolina 29203.
A public viewing and a meet and greet with the family at the portico at Nelson's Funeral Home will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021, 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
