The management (Eddie & Jackie Nelson) and the dedicated supported staff of Nelson's Funeral Home announce the passing of Mr. Richard (Bay) Samuel 81, of Ridgeway.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 17, 2026, 12:00 Noon at Rehoboth Baptist Church, 4646 Hardscrabble Road, Columbia, SC. Interment will follow in Ridgeway at the old cemetery.
