We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services. It is with sadness that the management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sympathetically announce the passing of Mrs. Rosa L. Boulware 85, of Winnsboro, South Carolina.
Mrs. Boulware transitioned into eternity Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Prisma Richland.
A memorial service will be held on January 9, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene, 650 Ninth Street, Winnsboro, SC 29180. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. There will be a private burial later. Pastor Harry Varn will officiate.

Mrs. Rosa Conyers Boulware, 85, was born December 15, 1935 in Enoree, SC to the late Henry Conyers and Gladys Parker Conyers. She passed on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Branham and bonus son, Keith Branham of Winnsboro, SC; five granddaughters, April (Deano) Morgan, Nancy (Chris) Cromer, Amanda Boulware, Ashley (DJ) Hoover and BeBe (Jonathan) Harris; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Danny (Carrie) Conyers and Henry "Bug" Conyers, Jr.; two sisters, Carolyn (Tommy) Peavy and Rita Legrand; and a host of nieces, nephews; other loving relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Davis E. Boulware Jr.; one son, John P. Boulware; and two sisters, Nancy Alice Conyers and June Conyers Rhymer.
