We are privileged to serve those who desire our services during their time of need.  We take the safety and health of your family very seriously.  We always strive to exceed the expectations for every family, and will continue to do so during these challenging days ahead. We want to ensure you; we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.

The management Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home Sadly announce the passing of Mrs. Ruby B. McCants Walker 69, of Ridgeway, South Carolina.

Mrs. Walker transitioned into eternity to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Prisma Health Baptist Hospital.    

Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022, 1:00 p.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church Cemetery, 4118 State Highway 34 East, Ridgeway, SC. 

A public walk through viewing will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 from 4:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. only.
