It is with sadness that Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral Home announce the death of Mrs. Sandra Sampson Manning, 51, of Winnsboro, South Carolina. 

Mrs. Manning entered into eternal rest Saturday, December 14, 2019 at her residence surround by her loving family.  

Funeral services for Mrs. Manning will be held Friday, December 20, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at Blackjack Baptist Church, 178 Reservoir Road, Winnsboro, SC.   Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Manning will be available for public viewing on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
