Obituary for Mrs. Sharon Hudson Nelson

Mrs. Sharon Hudson Nelson, 77, of Ridgeway, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. A beloved wife, mother, and friend, she leaves behind a legacy of kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love for those she held dear.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Mrs. Nelson built a life rooted in faith, family, and community. She was known for her warm spirit, her generous heart., she touched many with her steady compassion.

Mrs. Nelson cherished her family above all else. Her greatest joy came from time spent with them—celebrating milestones, supporting one another through challenges, and creating memories that will be treasured for generations.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the prayers, love, and support offered during this time of loss.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2026, 12:00 noon at White Oak Baptist Church #2, 5555 Bellfield Road, Ridgeway, South Carolina 29130.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.   

Public viewing will be held Monday, March 16, 2026, 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
