The management (Eddie & Jackie Nelson) and the support staff of Nelson's Funeral Home sadly announce the passing of Mr. Walter L. Boyd, 93, of Winnsboro, South Carolina. 

Mr. Boyd passed Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at MUSC Prisma Health Richland. 

Funeral services for Mr. Boyd will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at St. Luke Baptist Church. 183 St. Luke Church Road, Winnsboro, SC.   Interment will follow in the church cemetery.   

A public walk-through viewing will be held Monday, March 6, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  Masks will be required for entry into the funeral home.
