We want to ensure you, we are taking extra precautions in our facility by sanitizing it daily. We need your help, COVID-19 is sweeping the nation and requiring our immediate attention and adjustments in the way we manage our services.  Please be considerate and help us as we try to keep our families, staff and facility safe.  

ATTENDANCE AT A FUNERAL OR ANY OTHER GATHERING IS A PRIVIATE DECISION THAT INVOLVES A PERSONAL RISK. 

It is with deepest sympathy that Eddie & Jackie Nelson and the Support Staff of Nelson’s Funeral Home sadly announce the passing of Mr. Willie James Thomas, 93 of Columbia, South Carolina.

Public Viewing will be held Monday, April 27, 2020, 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. ONLY.

Interment will be held at Fort Jackson National Cemetery Tuesday, April 28, 2020, 10:00 a.m.
