There are few things more difficult than dealing with the loss of a loved one.

It is with great sadness that the Management and Support Staff of Nelson's Funeral Home announce the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Alston, 87, of Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Mrs.  Alston peacefully departed her earthly life to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, South Carolina.   

Funeral services for Mrs. Alston will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2017, 1:00 p.m. at Morris Creek Baptist Church, 1401 Morris Creek Road, Winnsboro, SC 29180.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Public viewing will be Monday, March 20, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
