There are few things more difficult than dealing with the loss of a loved one. 

It is with profound sorrow that the Management and Support Staff  of Nelson's Funeral Home, LLC announce the death of Mrs. Gladys Wood Mickle, 91 of Lugoff, South Carolina. 

Mrs. Mickle peacefully departed her earthly life Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Pruitt Health of Ridgeway.  

Funeral services for Mrs. Mickle will be held Friday, April 21, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Sutton Branch Baptist Church, 420 Sutton Branch Road, Lugoff, SC 29078.   Interment will follow in James Chapel AME Church Cemetery, 2174 Springvale Road, Lugoff, SC 29078.   Public viewing will be from 2:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2017.  

The Eastern Star's ceremony will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening.  In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to Sutton Branch Baptist Church or James Chapel AME Church.
