Mr. Jensen departed his earthly life April 5, 2017, at Kershaw Health Hospital Camden, South Carolina. 

Military services will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Fort Jackson National Cemetery Columbia, South Carolina.
