The Management and Support staff announce the death of Mr Melvin Dean Jr.,73 of Elgin, South Carolina.  

Mr. Dean departed his earthly life Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Providence Hospital, Columbia, South Carolina.  

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 9, 2016, 12:00 Noon at Nelson's Funeral Home Chapel, 270 N. Dogwood Ave., Ridgeway, South Carolina. 

Public viewing will be held Thursday, September 8, 2016, 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
